  1. This would allow for a cleaner database (Keap in our case) and for those using queries in Google Sheets (like we do for our consulting worksheets), email addresses are case-sensitive.

  2. I offer monthly and annual subscriptions. I want to use one-click upsell, to those who choose monthly, the chance to switch to annual. If they take the upsell, is there a way to only have the annual charge processed? I don't want them to get charged for monthly and annual! Let me know if you need clarification.

  3. I just found out you have implemented Dynamic Tag creation in the Zoom Group Meeting tool. If you had a general dynamic tagging capability, that would be very helpful to us.

    We have about 10 different evergreen webinars and we would like to keep track of which webinars a prospect has watched over time and the date they watched it. Using static tags creates problems because what if a prospect watches the same webinar a second time, then we won't know that.

  4. It would be great to have the notification about having to upgrade our account after we have seen the details of a Tool, not before clicking on it.
    In the case of the Easy Opt-Out, the "Learn more" is very short and, of course, it is a fairly simple tool, but nonetheless, it would be helpful to see how easy (or not) it is to set it up and implement.

  6. I would love to see a feature in PlusThis (or perhaps add additional functionality to the existing smart links feature) that performs app routing when someone clicks a link on a mobile device based on whether they have a certain app installed on their mobile device or not.

    For example, if I send an email to my list with a link to a Facebook post and they try to click that link on their iPhone, it tries to open that link in their default browser. Unfortunately, many people are not logged into Facebook in their mobile web browser because they're…

  7. is it possible to track the viewers view progress and let them continue the video where they have stopped watching?

    So, for example in our case it is an automated webinar and it would awesome if a registrant who watched let say 01:05:00 of the whole webinar can continue watching at this point when they revisit the page.

    Is that possible?

  8. When you click SAVE within the tool itself, it would be great if there'd be an option to choose in which folder you want to save the tool. That would streamline things quite a bit.

  9. When a contact is sent to be cancelled from a webinar via an Infusionsoft HTTP post, the contact is only cancelled if the first name, last name, and email address match.

    If a contact updated his name in Infusionsoft, it's not updated automatically in GoToWebinar, and then he doesn't get cancelled.

    Adding this update would allow the cancellation to be done for all contacts.

  10. I've got an idea that's going to be a one off for you guys.

    Is there a way to use SMS to deliver a pay per use alert service?

    Can this be configured to send a text message that says new alert available. Do you wish to accept? Y/N

    Then if the client responds "Y", he's tagged and charged in infusionsoft. Then the alert gets sent.

    If he says "N" then he just waits for the next alert.

  11. Notes in Acuity holds important information about our clients, we’d like that info to be able to transfer to Keap. Keap is meant to hold all client information, not just their email, phone, and address. Arguably the notes section is the most important field needing to be transferred.

  12. Dear Plus This Super Hero. Now you have a DocuSign integration for Keap, I will be looking forward to canceling my account with Parsey.com (which I was using previously.)

    One thing I'd like to ask if you would consider... is saving the signed Docusign Agreement as a PDF in the Keap Contact's Files Area.

    We found this an extremely useful feature before when integrating Docusign and Infusionsoft together with the previous solution.

    Could you therefore please add this to the suggested Features /Updates/ideas box for future development, please.

  14. We deal with government emails so we have to request 2 emails from our contacts. The problem is in Infusionsoft these two fields are not compared so you get duplicate contact records.

    We need a way to have email 1 and email 2 compared and if one or both are the same for the record to be merged.

  15. Currently the "signed" tagging happens as soon as the Primary Signer has signed the envelope, even if other signers have not. There's not currently a way to tag when ALL signers have signed, marking the envelope as fully complete. This means there is no way to trigger automation based on the envelope being truly finished.

  16. We make a lot of events and the ability to bulk move or delete tools would make cleaning up folders and tools much easier.

    We have hundreds of events to move and or delete, doing so one at a time is very time-consuming.

  17. Nothing on the market curently that could create codes and QR Codes and insert it to automated email campaigns for example birthdays. You guys would be first. Additionaly that other service also provides a mobile app which verifies these codes.

  19. At the top of the Configured Tools page, it would be helpful for those with the lower plan to know how many out of the 25 tools allowed have already been configured. Without that, you don't know you can't make a new one until you search for new tools, try to create, and then get an error.
