  2. I would like to be able to do a basic A/B type test. With that in mind, the though I had would be to take the modulo of the contactId and the number of groups I would want. This would give me the ability to use a decision diamond to split the people into different tracks.

    Example:
    field call "Group Number" on a contact

    When that contact goes through a campaign, we can kick the Id through the modulo (Id mod 3). The output would be stored in the "Group Number"

  3. We get direct mail leads to businesses and all we have is the business name, address, phone and fax.
    No email and no personal name.
    When sending out a direct mail piece that directs them to a landing page we want some way of matching that company/person to the existing contact in Infusion so it doesnt create a duplicate record.
    The only way we can think of doing it now is to generate an individual code that is merged onto the direct mail piece or fax that they need to input into the landing page along with their name etc.…
