  3. We have had good conversion rates asking new customers in an email sequence with an Infusionsoft web form to tell us their birthdates. However, 25% of those responders are not using the date picker and typing whatever they want in the field - from 'October' to' '2.2.17' to '7th March' etc. which isn't going to work for us in automating responses triggered by date later on. Presumably this is a well know problem with Infusionsoft as their Support have acknowledged the issue and don't have a good solution. Is there any easy way to get around it and 'force' date…

  5. Add the option to display the date and time when the timer ends on the page displaying the timer. This way you can display the countdown and the actual date and time on the page.

  6. When using the twitter leads card Plus this creates an Infusionsoft contact from the twitter card optin (just like with Facebook Leads). Right now you have to download a csv file from twitter.

  7. I would love to be able to have sorting options for my rules in my smart links

    I have a smart link for taking people to the correct get directions page based on which golf group they belong to or are booked onto

    It would be great to have them in alphabetical order but with 77 rules and only being able to drag them dragging rules is very difficult

  9. Today I had an issue with FB. It thought my account had been phished and locked me out. This meant that all apps that required FB authentication, need re-connecting upon me changing my password on FB.

    This meant that for a few hours, PlusThis couldn't connect to my FB audiences, and although tags were being added in my Drip account, these changes to my FB audiences were not then reflected - as PT couldn't connect.

    It would be cool to be able to re-run these failed attempts, just like Zapier allows.

    This would be so useful, as API's do go…

  10. It would be useful for those of us who use Time Trade for scheduling appointment if there was a trigger that would tell us if they looked but didn't set or set an appointment. This would help continue follow up emails or stop them.

    Right now, they can be tagged that they clicked on the link, but if they set a schedule, we have to physically remove them from future follow up emails.

  11. We need dates in Spanish as well in the HUMANIZE DATES feature so that 13th September 2017 can be read as: " 13 de Septiembre del 2017"

  14. We need a feature to be able to control when buttons become visible on a webpage based on video times. So, e.g. a button appears at 1min into a video or 2mins etc. and then tagged in IS accordingly. That way we can keep users watching longer and then getting options based on how much they watch.

  16. It would be awesome if you could have a "remove tag" option for the "engaged within last 30 days" field too, so you could remove the "disengaged" tags once they open an email or click a link. Currently you can only remove the tag within your campaign when people click a link, and not open an email.

  18. Instead of using the QR codes for an event checkin, I would love to use these as mobile coupons. If there was a way to automate the creation and then sending them either via text (MMS) or via email or both... Then the QR code could be scanned to validate the coupon, and a tag could be added to the contact record saying "REDEEMED" or something of that sort to limit the use to 1.
    It is basically a happy marriage between SMS/MMS, Event Checkin, and SmartLinks:

  19. It just came to light that if an API call times out or doesn't complete within a certain time, ISFT will proceed with the next step in the sequence/campaign. This has produced disastrous results for us when an api server was overloaded. So now I'm gun shy about using APIs without having a tag set to fire the next sequence step. This would be a great use of a SuperFeature.. but alas, no tag set feature.

  20. Enable Scheduling in your Segment List Feature. I have to do it manually everyday to make it work.

    This will allow us to randomize outbound message timing with one of my campaigns - so we can shift our historically outbound calling business model to a properly throttled inbound model.
