  1. Currently you can format a text field etc which is great, however when using text messaging systems the fields have to start with a country code etc.

    I have a dedicated field for mobile numbers so if a number starts 07 and is 11 characters long it should automatically be formatted as +447xxx xxxxxx where x represents the remaining parts of the phone number.

    if 07 or +447 is detected in any phone field other than the mobile field the number should be moved to the mobile field and converted to correct format.

    if a number starts 01, 02, 03,…

  2. Amy, just went through the Idea Guide - "How to Make an Automated Webinar".
    If the webinar is scheduled for 9am PST, and the person logs in at 945am PST, they will start a the beginning of the webinar.
    In other words, the way the evergreen webinar is set up, it will "auto play" starting at the beginning of the webinar which is actually 945am and therefore, not appear live but recorded.
    Have you looked at or solved this issue so if they come at 945, the video starts at the 45 minute time stamp?

  6. Allow a chip, a cookie, a stamp something in each email to understand the time and date the email is generated to check the campaign it came from and the data sets it is using.

    i think this would accelerate learning and troubleshooting for everybody.

  9. When working with local businesses, we like to use coupons as an easy way to get people to fill out forms. They feel like they are getting something for their email and not simply getting on a list.

    If we could then as for a cell phone number to send the coupon to (after the first step of entering email) it would give us that next level of contact information as well as make it easy for them to get and use the coupon.

  12. Hi everyone

    My client has a dymo label printer and wants to print address labels for new members so he can put them on the envelopes for sending out a welcome pack in the post which until now they have been doing manually.

    Infusionsoft can produce the letter okay but the dymo printer doesn't uses any of the avery label types infusionsoft lets you pick in their print labels feature.

    So could Plusthis do something to allow a print job from infusionsoft that can print to dymo labels?

  13. Here is a sample of a spreadsheet I made that automatically cleans up records output from IS using the Google Sheets Exporter. This is what I use to quickly run through calls to "opportunities".

    I use a saved search on opportunities to output to the second tab ("Active") and I use the first tab "Links" to clean up the data a bit, mainly the headings and also linkifying the Opportunity name using this formula:

    =hyperlink(CONCATENATE("https://APPNAME.infusionsoft.com/Opportunity/manageOpportunity.jsp?view=edit&ID=",Active!A2),Active!B2)

    (Of course replacing APPNAME with your app name.)

    Any record could be linkified like this.

  14. My client currently has 2 infusionsoft webforms.

    The first asks to tick all checkboxes for the service categories your business operates in

    The second asks you to tick all checkboxes for the service categories you want to do business with.

    This is so that the person filling out both forms can be advised of people in the service categories they want to do business with who also wants to do business with their services and try to get them to play golf together so they can do business with each other.

    I want a kind of smart link feature but instead of being triggered by a link click it is triggered by a http post and instead of sending you to a url based on field values it can set the value of other fields based on the value of another field

In my clients campaign I use a smart link for get directions. they click it and are taken to the golf groups landing page which contains a google map. if the person wants directions to the golf club they then have to click the directions link which if on mobile device launches google maps app

    i think it would be cool if i could have a link in my emails which when clicked looks at group fields then takes them straight into google maps and starts giving them directions to the golf club from current location.

  18. On Google Sheets Exporter have it so when it reaches 400,000 cells. Instead of shutting down and stop exporting have an option to have it open a new Google Sheets Document and auto date it, so we know when it was created and export to the new document.

  19. It'd be great if we could set the amount of the most recent order in a custom field. The Calculate Customer Value feature is great but it would be epic if we could do this!

    The problem is that the default affiliate notification emails in Infusionsoft are 1) horrible 2) not customizable. So you use the default notification email to let the affiliate know they just referred a sale it's super boring, doesn't keep them excited, etc.

    I was going to setup in campaign builder a custom affiliate sale notification but there's no way to get the order amount or…

  20. I'd like to send customers a temp promo code that expires 72 hours after they receive a particular email. Is there a way to auto-generate promo codes that have a lifespan of 72 hours starting after they open their email. I don't want to set it to 72 hours after I send the broadcast because some people won't open it until 72 hours later.
