  3. I'd love to see things like, when a purchase is made copy a to do list ( which we use as a checklist to serve that new client)
    Actually we use to do lists as templates for many of our processes to serve clients so communications bertween BaseCamp 3 and Infusionsoft tags, purchases, notifications...etc would be great

  4. We can do the first day of month and first week of month

    No ability to do the last day of month or last day of week of month example : last friday of month since some months have 4 or 5 weeks.

  5. At the top of the Configured Tools page, it would be helpful for those with the lower plan to know how many out of the 25 tools allowed have already been configured. Without that, you don't know you can't make a new one until you search for new tools, try to create, and then get an error.

  6. We deal with government emails so we have to request 2 emails from our contacts. The problem is in Infusionsoft these two fields are not compared so you get duplicate contact records.

    We need a way to have email 1 and email 2 compared and if one or both are the same for the record to be merged.

  8. Notes in Acuity holds important information about our clients, we’d like that info to be able to transfer to Keap. Keap is meant to hold all client information, not just their email, phone, and address. Arguably the notes section is the most important field needing to be transferred.

  9. I've got an idea that's going to be a one off for you guys.

    Is there a way to use SMS to deliver a pay per use alert service?

    Can this be configured to send a text message that says new alert available. Do you wish to accept? Y/N

    Then if the client responds "Y", he's tagged and charged in infusionsoft. Then the alert gets sent.

    If he says "N" then he just waits for the next alert.

  10. is it possible to track the viewers view progress and let them continue the video where they have stopped watching?

    So, for example in our case it is an automated webinar and it would awesome if a registrant who watched let say 01:05:00 of the whole webinar can continue watching at this point when they revisit the page.

    Is that possible?

  11. It would be great to have the notification about having to upgrade our account after we have seen the details of a Tool, not before clicking on it.
    In the case of the Easy Opt-Out, the "Learn more" is very short and, of course, it is a fairly simple tool, but nonetheless, it would be helpful to see how easy (or not) it is to set it up and implement.

  12. I just found out you have implemented Dynamic Tag creation in the Zoom Group Meeting tool. If you had a general dynamic tagging capability, that would be very helpful to us.

    We have about 10 different evergreen webinars and we would like to keep track of which webinars a prospect has watched over time and the date they watched it. Using static tags creates problems because what if a prospect watches the same webinar a second time, then we won't know that.

  14. a simple IF/ELSE statement that can be applied if a field value changes. This is very useful to alert changes to Admins if account managers change fields. If you have your website integrated to Infusionsoft and you want to be notified if anything changes that you are not expecting, etc..

    The Tag can be used to put the contact into any sequence, such as send them an email, create a task, create a note, something for data tracking or something that requires action.

    I know this can be done similarly with ActionSets, but that is only if you are looking…

Ability to reset Countdown timer Cookie after X number of days - Is it possible to have the cookie that you guys put into play regarding your countdown timer to be reset so that contacts that come through the funnel again aren't still cookied from the past (especially for the "Fallback Setting" option of the timer - here is my question > https://www.screencast.com/t/96mCIjHL3IMZ

If a Typeform is filled out with Multiple Choices (more than one being allowed), it would be nice if PlusThis would be able to grab them one at a time in the setup and tag them, and even put then answers into a field in Keap (Classic in my case) Love the PlusThis Typeform setup allowing both Tags and Fields to be added at PlusThis end, but right now it fails with Multiple "Multiple Choice" responses. Thank you.

  19. Can QR Codes be downloadable and able to be added to recipients digital wallets. I use these codes to manage access to ongoing memberships - members need a quick and easy way to retrieve their QR code when they come in as it is not a one time scan.

  20. Smart Link URLS Should pass URL Parameters even if they had no Email or Id Parameters in them.
    At the moment only Smart Links that has Id and Email parameters will pass on any additional URL Parameters to the final URL. The other Tool Link (the first one which doesn't have Email and Id parameters) should also pass on any URL Parameter to the final page.
