  1. Send Keap Email via another Email Gateway

    We're all having email deliverability problems with Keap. A significant % of messages coming from infusionmail.com (even with correct SPF, DKIM and DMARC records) get rejected or go to the spam folder or Gmail's Promotions tab.

    I've been relying on Zapier to send important emails via SMTP to clients. That's how I guarantee the message will land in the inbox. But it gets super complicated when I need to send it from the contact owner's address. I also lose all tracking and reporting functions.

  2. Re-Sort Configured Tools on Dashboard

    I’d like to suggest building into the PlusThis dashboard the ability to sort configured tools. I have several tools that run in the background, but I also use the Easy Check-In tool regularly. It would be much easier for my staff if I could sort the tools so that the Easy Check-in tool for tonight’s event was on top.

  3. Google Sheets Exporter add on

    On Google Sheets Exporter have it so when it reaches 400,000 cells. Instead of shutting down and stop exporting have an option to have it open a new Google Sheets Document and auto date it, so we know when it was created and export to the new document.

  7. Smart link feature delivers a different page based on cookies

    Curious if the smart link feature could ever deliver a different page based on COOKIES. I know that's not part of the feature set right now, but I wonder if it could.
    My use case: we have an affiliate program that drives traffic to an optin/thank-you set of pages.   8. Sync INFST contact with FB profile (make managing FB Groups easier)

    Since Facebook Groups are becoming more and more important in marketing this is an idea to make group management easier.

    We have a FB group just for paying members of one of our programs. In their request to join the group, we ask them what their email address is in Infusionsoft so we can manually match the request to the customer contact record.

  9. Add Referral Partner Info on 1 Click Upsells

    It would be great to pass the referral partner info to the contact record when someone buys something from the 1 Click Upsell feature. Currently, you have to go in and add the referral partner to the order in the contact's record manually and that's a drag.

  11. Add Drip Events as an option instead of Custom Fields

    Currently, you can set custom fields with the date calculations feature.

    The problem is that if a person triggers this feature more then once, you can override the existing one or not.

    Drip has a new feature where you can reference properties of an event within a workflow.

    It would be amazing if PlusThis can trigger an event and assign the data to properties.

    This also eliminates the need of temporary custom fields.

    Example Scenario:

    A Subscriber is in 2 workflows

  12. SMS Message Tool - Additional Tag Logic

    There is the option to select "any of these tags" but not "all of these tags." Often "any" and "all" are used in combination to create "if then else" logic and are needed with this tool. It would also be helpful to not include people with other tags "not any of these tags." For example, if I want to text a new product to TEEN customers in CALIFORNIA who have NEVER bought anything. (tags in caps). The ability to select fields would also be helpful, such as California as a State.

  14. Exclude Saturdays and Sundays... What's The Date, Date Calculator.

    When using the What's The Date, Date Calculator.

    Is there an easy way to make it exclude Saturdays and Sundays dates. I only want it to put the M-F dates in the date field.

    It seems to me that it should be capable of doing that will all the Nth day calculations it has, just not sure how to set it up correct.

    So for example, if I want paperwork submitted 1 day before the actual deadline so I have time to review the documents.

  15. Automation on New Contact

    I suggest you create a tool that would apply a tag on any new contact, independent of how he subscribes. This would be helpful when contacts get added to the list from multiple directions and the company wants to send specific information to every contact as soon as he joins.

  17. Pass ClickFunnels/Stripe Order Data Back To Infusionsoft & Mark As Paid

    Add a feature to create an order within an Infusionsoft contact record and mark it as paid, as we're using ClickFunnels and Stripe but they don't allow you to pass the order data back to Infusionsoft.

    MyFusionHelper has a feature to do this here: http://myfusionhelper.com/order-it-helper/ . Just having the same feature as that would be awesome.

  18. Select time from field in add to calendar feature

    I like the new add to calendar links feature but currently I can only get the date from a feature. We store the start time in a seperate field so need the feature upgraded to let us use the time booked for field for setting the start time.

  20. Set a tag on completion of an API

    It just came to light that if an API call times out or doesn't complete within a certain time, ISFT will proceed with the next step in the sequence/campaign. This has produced disastrous results for us when an api server was overloaded. So now I'm gun shy about using APIs without having a tag set to fire the next sequence step. This would be a great use of a SuperFeature.. but alas, no tag set feature.
