We need a way to tag people that reply to SMS text messages in Infusionsoft.
Yes the stop replies get tagged now. But we are receiving more and more positive responses. Such as yes send me the info. etc.
We send email nurture and market. However, lately many of our customers are responding to our Text sms rather than open and click in an email.
We need to get these customers automatically tagged as engaged and active. Last week I spent 3 hours manually tagging people. And even though I did Infusionsoft doesn't recognize this as if they are engaged because they are replying to an sms message not opening an email.
