In the GoToWebinar integration, define a contact on "email address" alone.
When a contact is sent to be cancelled from a webinar via an Infusionsoft HTTP post, the contact is only cancelled if the first name, last name, and email address match.
If a contact updated his name in Infusionsoft, it's not updated automatically in GoToWebinar, and then he doesn't get cancelled.
Adding this update would allow the cancellation to be done for all contacts.
