Smart Link URLS Should pass URL Parameters even if they had no Email or Id Parameters in them.
At the moment only Smart Links that has Id and Email parameters will pass on any additional URL Parameters to the final URL. The other Tool Link (the first one which doesn't have Email and Id parameters) should also pass on any URL Parameter to the final page.
