Tag a contact and redirect them?
I wrote a custom API script to apply or remove multiple tags by tagid and/or run one or more action sets by actionset id with an optional redirect URL. Positive numbers apply tags. Negative numbers remove tags.
This allows you to not create links for users that tag them or run action sets and redirects them after the script processes. This would be useful in many situations including:
- Enhanced page to opt in or out of different mailing lists
- Creating upsells and downsells
- Taking surveys that tag the responses
- Letting a customer cancel a subscription by clicking a link

Ability to randomly select X number of contacts
I would like to be able to randomly select X number of contacts inside of IFS.
Ex. Randomly select X number of contacts who haven't purchased Y product to split test emails.
Right now we don't have the ability to split test our whole list (only 10K), and I would like to randomly select X number of contacts to split test.

Start an Evergreen Webinar at a specific point
Amy, just went through the Idea Guide - "How to Make an Automated Webinar".
If the webinar is scheduled for 9am PST, and the person logs in at 945am PST, they will start a the beginning of the webinar.
In other words, the way the evergreen webinar is set up, it will "auto play" starting at the beginning of the webinar which is actually 945am and therefore, not appear live but recorded.
Have you looked at or solved this issue so if they come at 945, the video starts at the 45 minute time stamp?12 votes -

Google Sheets Exporter add on
On Google Sheets Exporter have it so when it reaches 400,000 cells. Instead of shutting down and stop exporting have an option to have it open a new Google Sheets Document and auto date it, so we know when it was created and export to the new document.

Best practices for better tracking and troubleshooting.
Allow a chip, a cookie, a stamp something in each email to understand the time and date the email is generated to check the campaign it came from and the data sets it is using.
i think this would accelerate learning and troubleshooting for everybody.

Conditional Tag Matching
My client currently has 2 infusionsoft webforms.
The first asks to tick all checkboxes for the service categories your business operates in
The second asks you to tick all checkboxes for the service categories you want to do business with.
This is so that the person filling out both forms can be advised of people in the service categories they want to do business with who also wants to do business with their services and try to get them to play golf together so they can do business with each other.

Add links to Infusionsoft records in Google Sheet export
Here is a sample of a spreadsheet I made that automatically cleans up records output from IS using the Google Sheets Exporter. This is what I use to quickly run through calls to "opportunities".

I use a saved search on opportunities to output to the second tab ("Active") and I use the first tab "Links" to clean up the data a bit, mainly the headings and also linkifying the Opportunity name using this formula:
=hyperlink(CONCATENATE("https://APPNAME.infusionsoft.com/Opportunity/manageOpportunity.jsp?view=edit&ID=",Active!A2),Active!B2)
(Of course replacing APPNAME with your app name.)
Any record could be linkified like this.

Set the Last Order Amount in a custom field
It'd be great if we could set the amount of the most recent order in a custom field. The Calculate Customer Value feature is great but it would be epic if we could do this!
The problem is that the default affiliate notification emails in Infusionsoft are 1) horrible 2) not customizable. So you use the default notification email to let the affiliate know they just referred a sale it's super boring, doesn't keep them excited, etc.

Modify Smart Link Field Trigger to Compare two fields or today, not just a field to a constant.
Smart Links are cool. In an evergreen offer, you may want the user to compare a date (when an offer expires, for example) to today, and if it's greater / less than than today, or greater / less than than a field date, trigger a page other than the fallback.

Could you add a month-only date display option to your date features?
E.g. the date 3/24/2016 would display as just "March" or "March 2016"

Make your Humanize Date Field in other laguages
Allow multiple languages to communicate a date. This would make Infusionsoft universal.
