Allow to segment by IP (so we can target specific countries)
Right now, IS doesn't allow to send specific campaings just to people in a certain demographic area. If we could filter by IP, we could focus marketing efforts on high net worth Zip Code or countries like Monaco...

Set a running total of amount spent on a given product / category of products, store that in a custom field.
Why?
Some use cases:
Once someone has spent at least $100 on dog food, start promotions to upsell more dog products.
At the end of the year, send a report back about how much was donated so person can submit that info to IRS
Once someone has spent $100 on coffee, give them a free gift.
Once someone has spent over $1,000 on service A - create an opportunity and assign the lead so person gets a call / personal upsell.

Combine more than just two fields.
For example, I want to combine my recency (5), frequency (5), and monetary (5) scores into 1 field as "555" so I can run sequences based on the score.

Implement a modulo (remainder) option
I would like to be able to do a basic A/B type test. With that in mind, the though I had would be to take the modulo of the contactId and the number of groups I would want. This would give me the ability to use a decision diamond to split the people into different tracks.
Example:
field call "Group Number" on a contactWhen that contact goes through a campaign, we can kick the Id through the modulo (Id mod 3). The output would be stored in the "Group Number"

Generate Codes for Direct Mail Identification
We get direct mail leads to businesses and all we have is the business name, address, phone and fax.
No email and no personal name.
When sending out a direct mail piece that directs them to a landing page we want some way of matching that company/person to the existing contact in Infusion so it doesnt create a duplicate record.
The only way we can think of doing it now is to generate an individual code that is merged onto the direct mail piece or fax that they need to input into the landing page along with their name etc.…5 votesWe’ll bring this up in our developer review.

# of emails sent in a day
Count number of emails sent to contact in a single day. It can be setup like the “Last sent an email” in the Email Engagement Triggers .
Looking to run it and have it tell me how many emails went to the contact on the given day. Sometimes contacts get in to 2 campaigns or sequences by accident and they start receiving 2 emails a day, instaed of 1 day.
I’d like it to trigger a tag if a contact starts receiving more than one email per day.3 votes
