  1. is it possible to track the viewers view progress and let them continue the video where they have stopped watching?

    So, for example in our case it is an automated webinar and it would awesome if a registrant who watched let say 01:05:00 of the whole webinar can continue watching at this point when they revisit the page.

    Is that possible?

  2. When you click SAVE within the tool itself, it would be great if there'd be an option to choose in which folder you want to save the tool. That would streamline things quite a bit.

  3. When a contact is sent to be cancelled from a webinar via an Infusionsoft HTTP post, the contact is only cancelled if the first name, last name, and email address match.

    If a contact updated his name in Infusionsoft, it's not updated automatically in GoToWebinar, and then he doesn't get cancelled.

    Adding this update would allow the cancellation to be done for all contacts.

  4. I've got an idea that's going to be a one off for you guys.

    Is there a way to use SMS to deliver a pay per use alert service?

    Can this be configured to send a text message that says new alert available. Do you wish to accept? Y/N

    Then if the client responds "Y", he's tagged and charged in infusionsoft. Then the alert gets sent.

    If he says "N" then he just waits for the next alert.

  5. We make a lot of events and the ability to bulk move or delete tools would make cleaning up folders and tools much easier.

    We have hundreds of events to move and or delete, doing so one at a time is very time-consuming.

  6. Notes in Acuity holds important information about our clients, we’d like that info to be able to transfer to Keap. Keap is meant to hold all client information, not just their email, phone, and address. Arguably the notes section is the most important field needing to be transferred.

  7. Dear Plus This Super Hero. Now you have a DocuSign integration for Keap, I will be looking forward to canceling my account with Parsey.com (which I was using previously.)

    One thing I'd like to ask if you would consider... is saving the signed Docusign Agreement as a PDF in the Keap Contact's Files Area.

    We found this an extremely useful feature before when integrating Docusign and Infusionsoft together with the previous solution.

    Could you therefore please add this to the suggested Features /Updates/ideas box for future development, please.

  9. We deal with government emails so we have to request 2 emails from our contacts. The problem is in Infusionsoft these two fields are not compared so you get duplicate contact records.

    We need a way to have email 1 and email 2 compared and if one or both are the same for the record to be merged.

  10. Currently the "signed" tagging happens as soon as the Primary Signer has signed the envelope, even if other signers have not. There's not currently a way to tag when ALL signers have signed, marking the envelope as fully complete. This means there is no way to trigger automation based on the envelope being truly finished.

  12. Nothing on the market curently that could create codes and QR Codes and insert it to automated email campaigns for example birthdays. You guys would be first. Additionaly that other service also provides a mobile app which verifies these codes.

  14. At the top of the Configured Tools page, it would be helpful for those with the lower plan to know how many out of the 25 tools allowed have already been configured. Without that, you don't know you can't make a new one until you search for new tools, try to create, and then get an error.

  15. Calendly has the ability to collect answers to "custom" questions. I use mine for "Company Name" "Phone Number" and a "what the heck are we talking about"-style question. Currently, I have to use Zapier to pull this in. Parsey and Zapier have the ability to pull in the custom fields. Currently PlusThis does not. That additional functionality would make things a lot easier. Fewer integrations! Please and thank you!

  17. have a client that sets sales territories by state/county. And looking at ways to easily validate contact records ... update owner and sales person field with data

    Adding the county to the contact locator tool would be a big help.

  18. We can do the first day of month and first week of month

    No ability to do the last day of month or last day of week of month example : last friday of month since some months have 4 or 5 weeks.

  19. I'd love to see things like, when a purchase is made copy a to do list ( which we use as a checklist to serve that new client)
    Actually we use to do lists as templates for many of our processes to serve clients so communications bertween BaseCamp 3 and Infusionsoft tags, purchases, notifications...etc would be great
