  1. Yes the stop replies get tagged now. But we are receiving more and more positive responses. Such as yes send me the info. etc.
    We send email nurture and market. However, lately many of our customers are responding to our Text sms rather than open and click in an email.
    We need to get these customers automatically tagged as engaged and active. Last week I spent 3 hours manually tagging people. And even though I did Infusionsoft doesn't recognize this as if they are engaged because they are replying to an sms message not opening an email.

  2. Have an opt-out of email tool. Would like Users to be able to automatically opt-out contact record from further email by checking a box in an internal form. Then run the HTTP post in campaign builder

  3. Allow deletion of a contact from within a campaign
    (would be especially useful in cases where other integrations create a lot of "garbage contacts" with incorrect or missing information (no name/email, etc)

  5. Direct Messaging/Direct Voicemail/Programmable Voice - we want to be able to send recorded messages, like you can in Fix Your Funnel, Call Loop, etc. to our customers - to remind about a webinar, etc. etc. Seems like a great idea and other competitors are already doing! Let's add it!

    Adding a specific product to orders and setting it on "paid".
    This is very useful if you have third-party apps that are processing payments.

  7. The limited number of custom fields makes it difficult to run the automation for multiple events. It would be amazing if the event was housed in Plusthis.

    Pain points -

    -Registering for multiple events will overwrite the temp data in the custom fields
    -Adding walk-ins to the event from the check-in tool

    Layout-

    1. Link to the registration form
    2. Have additional fields available to circumvent the custom field limitation of Infusionsoft.
    3. Ability to use the information housed in these additional fields in the email (Embed).
    4. Use the event check in tool and have the ability to manage walk-ins

  9. I send out info to folks who text a keyword into us. I want to be able to detect if the first name field in Infusionsoft already is not empty for that mobile number so I don't ask each time their first name when they text in a different keyword.

  11. Right now affiliates will not be credited with their commission on one-click upsells (unless i manually add them to every upsell order). So, at the moment there's little to no use in a partner promoting my funnels... A major snag for me as I try to develop more partners!

  14. I have a client that does 12+ events a year. We use the fancy QR code feature for the check in. Rather than create and use a QR code for each event, Ive just stuck with one QR code from a previous event for all future events.

    The nice thing is we can see all the other events for a contact at check in.

    I think that having a "QR code check-in" tool, independent of any event would be beneficial.

    -We can use the same code for everything
    - We can see any other events they are registered to.

  15. Append/Add an item to a "list" custom field.

    This would be SUPER beneficial for displaying content with liquid in emails so that you don't have to bloat your app to set email content criteria.

    Example: I have 20 different downloads listed on a custom field list. You have previously downloaded #1 and #3.

    When you download #5, the tool would update the custom field to show 1,3,5.

    This field would then be used with liquid to display email content dynamically.

    While my example is based on "downloads", the appended list could be used for multiple types of criteria at once…

  16. A few of my features are checking tags on the Infusionsoft record in order to serve the correct scheduling link or resource. The hang time is usually 8-13 seconds of white screen. Can we please have the option to add a message to that white screen :) ... please!

  17. I’d like to suggest building into the PlusThis dashboard the ability to sort configured tools. I have several tools that run in the background, but I also use the Easy Check-In tool regularly. It would be much easier for my staff if I could sort the tools so that the Easy Check-in tool for tonight’s event was on top.

  18. I have a longterm nurture sequence in Infusionsoft that I put all contacts into that adds a Tag to kick it off and then removes the Tag and re-adds the Tag a year later to both end and re-start the Sequence.

    On the first of each month I send an appropriately-themed email.

    Each one is its own swim lane so contacts can enter any day of the year and get the correct email that comes up next.

    This is not possible natively in HubSpot.

    We need some type of looping feature and it would be great if PlusThis could do…

  19. This would work by using a modern forms style tool so that when you pass an email address to the feature from a website or email.

    Upon hitting the feature PlusThis smart link logic rules can be used to pre check checkboxes on the form based on whether or not the contact has a tag or not.

    After the form is submitted traditional smart links can be used to remove tags for options that was unchecked.

  20. This is for gathering customers ad listing details. We're doing this for Revellers' Club. Members can post a listing onto a digital "Noticeboard" to sell or buy something from other members. The heading and body text areas need to be limited, in the same way that a Google Ad or Twitter post limits text from users. You could do this in your usual way, providing code to enter into into an HTML on an Infusionsoft Landing Page or webpage. Then a form would appear after publishing, whose fields would only accept characters below the preset limit.
