Clear a custom date field
Let's say I set a custom date field a year to trigger a yearly billing reminder. If that customer cancels, I'd like to be able to clear the date field entirely. (Maybe I'm missing that I can already do this?)

This can now be done by using the "Make a Note" Feature. Simply utilize the feature and check the box to clear the field during configuration.
