add a PAUSE SEQUENCE function
Most infusionsoft customers have multiple campaigns running. But sometimes someone joins two completely unrelated campaigns. If each of those campaigns is spitting out one email a day, that's annoying! Is there a way to have a tag that PAUSES a user's progress through another sequence until another tag says, "This sequence is over now. You can start the other one again!"

30 votesThis is a great idea, but unfortunately Infusionsoft will have to implement this. We can stop a sequence, but we can’t pick it back up from where they left off.

Conditional email text based on tag (or field)
In an email, can we have logic to put text if there is a tag. kind of like an old school condition field in MS Word. something like (IF has tag_name THEN "this text, you have this tag" ELSE " hey you need to do this to get this tag on you so we track the piss out of you" ENDIF.
30 votesYou can do this using “Set Field”. A decision diamond could be used to set a field with your conditional email text from a custom field. Unfortunately a more elegant version of this would require Infusionsoft to build it in internally.

Add the next value on a list to a custom field or email. E.g. upload a list of discount codes and then use each code only once.
I would be great if you could upload a list of values (e.g. coupon codes, discount codes, etc) and then always use each code only once and automatically insert the next value on the list into an email (or add them to a custom field).
12 votesWe’re unable to accomplish this the specific way you’re describing, but the idea for dynamic and expiring coupon codes has been mentioned and we’ll consider a way to accomplish this in our development plans.

URL Masking
generate random or long confusing urls for use with smartlinks. So contacts will be discouraged from remembering the url and going to the page outside of the campaign. Right now, if they remember the url they can visit a site outside of the campaign and use an offer that may have expired to them.
11 votesWe can’t mask the url they end up on. However, you’re welcome to make this url as messy and complicated as you want on your end, then pull that url into a smart link.

Create an Appointment at a Date and Time
I would like to create a new appointment to occur at the date and time of a custom field. For example, I have a date/time field called "Initial Consultation." I would like to be able to enter a value into that field and then automatically create the appointment on the Infusionsoft Calendar.
The duration can be a fixed amount; the appointment should appear on the owner's calendar.

Offer Surveymonkey Integration
It would be very helpful to have an integration of Surveymonkey to send surveys via email and track the status via Tags in Infusionsoft.

Add a way to make it easier to track referrals (outside the affiliate module)
Right now, the only way to track how many times someone refers is to do some fancy code magic and capture the contact Id of the referrer and put it on the contact record of the referee AND the referrer HAS to click from an Infusionsoft email or be redirected from a webform. We should come up with a way to remove the need for a lot of that coding.

Conditional Email Content
It would be great if we could write conditional copy in an email based on tag/s. If tag EQ x, y, echo "this" ELSEIF tag EQ z, j, p, echo "that" ELSE echo "the other thing" Would save a lot of time instead of writing different emails for each scenario. Thanks

create/update 2 records from a webform
at the moment all refer a friend practices in infusionsoft involve either
1 - creating a recorder for the person being referred and storing the referrers details in a custom field
2 - updating the referrers record in infusionsoft and storing the details of person being referred in the referrers records custom fields.
can you please add a feature that lets you create and/or update 2 records at once so it creates the referrers record and creates the record for the referral then links them together so you can see in a report which records were refered by a given…

Ability to create purl pages based on either the persons name or the company name.

Once you associate a contact to a company, be able to apply specific tags and field values from company record to contact record
For example, if address of contact is empty insert address of company to contact. If company has a certain tags then contact gets tagged as well if those tags are not present.

Create a feature that would disguise ugly update links with the title of your choice.
Instead of looking at the ugly update links in the contact records of your saved searches, disguise the url with a title of your choice.

infusionsoft webforms and order forms are so ugly.
can you not give us a form builder that gives us unrestricted design control over how the webform or order form looks and have the form that builder produces put data into infusionsoft?

Smart Exit Redirect
Isn't it annoying when people don't fill out your form and there details don't get captured?
So my client has a form where they collect contact details then direct debit details.
If the person decides they don't want to pay by direct debit and try to leave the page or close the browser/tab they want the form to redirect the person to an infusionsoft order form so they can pay by credit card or paypal.
but if they then don't fill out the order form you then have lost there details.
So can you create a smart exit redirect link?

Track amount of money spent on marketing to a prospect
We send direct mail pieces to our prospects and leads and we'd love to know at a glance how much we spend on marketing to a lead before they became a client. Could help us change and improve our marketing methods.

Create action based on field changing
I would like action to run based on fields that change inside Infusionsoft.
For example, if client inside the membership site updates their fax number, I want a particular action to run.
