  1. One pretty obvious format seems to be missing: "Saturday, January 25" (or "Saturday, Jan 25").

    In most cases, you don't need to tell what year you're referring to, but the day of the week does make sense.

  2. I'd love to be able to use the 'What's The Date' feature, to determine when a tag was applied to a contact, and then use that as the start date of a 4 day promo offer.

    Then this new feature I'm requesting would send them to the offer page if it's still within the 4 days, or if not then send them to an 'offer expired' page.

    For extra awesomeness, it would give us the ability to merge the offer end date in the email and on the page, along with a countdown timer for the offer page.

  3. I email using a third part system (because of spam trouble with Infusionsoft). I can send a http post via this email system, and can merge either their email or Infusionsoft contact ID into the http post.

    I would love to be able to run any actionset by sending a http post.

    Jack Miller here.

    There is a problem we have with webinar connection feature. Since the GTW transaction happens asynchronously there is a problem when people register for a webinar that is already running.

    If the webinar is running, GTW does not send the login information. Also, we can't send the email containing their login information from Infusionsoft, since the GTW api transaction runs async, the fields may not have the information - I've been inserting a 15 minute wait (the least possible) to send the email with their GTW join link - obviously, this is problematic if the…

  8. Idea would be to capitalize correctly first and last name fields plus ship to and bill to addresses. Often times on optin, order forms and cart check outs people enter their name in lower case, all uppercase, or a mix of this. I would like to be able to correctly fix all of it easily. Biggest issue is when emailing a person it looks bad if it read BRAD vs Brad or Dear Mr. SMITH. I think you get the idea.

    There is a service that does it but it would be nice to have as part of your feature…

  9. Ability to update a custom field in the contact record with the last order date. This way you can easily sort customers by order date which is very important for promotions, customer retention, etc.

  11. One of the problems I am having with the Webinar Connection is that in my campaigns, I have to put a 15 minute "wait" to send the webinar confirmation email, due to the race condition of plus this writing the webinar information back to IS.

    If PlusThis could apply a tag (something I want anyway) when people register (and when all the webinar information is recorded), that would be great. Then I could write one campaign that sent out their webinar confirmation information, triggered by the event of the write-back happening.

  13. Since InfusionSoft doesn't allow you to automate a campaign based on Date/Time, it would be nice just to have the Date in the system. This would keep us from having to use an additional field and the "Whats The Date" option.

  15. Wistia tracks pop-over vid format and it would be huge if your Video Tracking could do the same. I use pop-over nearly exclusively in my member site and am so bummed I can't use this feature... yet!

  18. With your Tagging Custom Thank You Page Redirect you are almost there. The problem is the Infusionsoft Shopping Cart only pushes Contact ID and Order ID, making it impossible to sync it to a Landing page pitching a one click upsell (then creating an Legacy order.) My understanding is that since Plus This is using API anyway it might just push the email. Then the Landing page with the one click upsell would just have a hidden email field to sync with the record.

  19. Right now I am using another solution to do 1-click registration (Steve Hostetter's script). I know you guys have the "auto register" feature, which I have to say as an end user I pretty much hate (sorry, just do). I can understand the philosophy and reasons why you do it. That having been said, the logistics of our database make it both not a good strategy, and likely to tick off our audience.

  20. Let's say I set a custom date field a year to trigger a yearly billing reminder. If that customer cancels, I'd like to be able to clear the date field entirely. (Maybe I'm missing that I can already do this?)
