  2. I have a full address field and a distance field. I would probably initially perform a bulk-op, but would want to set up a workflow.

    The workflow would probably look something like this:

    Trigger: New contact added

    Filter:
    If "full address" exists

    Action: populate distance in miles in "distance" custom field

    Goal: If contact address changes (or Full Address field is populated for the first time), calculate distance again and update distance field.

    My use case is that I have a brick and mortar store and want to be able to do some hyperlocal marketing, including automated mailers and SMS/email…

  4. It would be pretty neat if there were a way to use plus this to pull in the nearest three availabilities for an appointment core calendar or other digital calendar directly into the email.

  6. I like the new add to calendar links feature but currently I can only get the date from a feature. We store the start time in a seperate field so need the feature upgraded to let us use the time booked for field for setting the start time.

  7. Update Evergreen Date to include ability to display next "Wednesday" or any other day of the week and include a specific Time also. Also be able to take that date/time and place it into a variable that can be used to pre-populate a form field to go into infusionsoft. For doing an automated webinar and storing the chosen date/time in an Infusionsoft field for followup.

  8. Hi, I think it would be very handy to have a notification feature for alerting me when a feature fails. I have a couple of Google exports running and they halt intermittently but I only figure when skimming through my features and then see the hat message...

  9. My scenario is year-end donation receipts. I want to calculate customer value for the trailing year ONLY on my DONATIONS category of products, then merge that info every January into a year-end giving letter.

    This would be handy for several other scenarios I'm sure!

  10. Similar to Infusionsoft's Partner Content Publishing, I would love the ability to have a library of pre-made features to push into other PlusThis apps.

    Example use case: I'm helping a client franchise his business and this would be a HUGE time saver for me helping new franchisees with implementation.

  15. I think it would be awesome for you guys to build a simple Webhooks receiving end that integrates into Infusionsoft.

    I imagine it would be pretty simple on your end, to basically setup a way to have a URL created that when data is sent to it, it then processes into Infusionsoft. The instructions could be simple in telling the user to use the Contact API Field Names to map the data from the URL Webhook Post.

    In addition, you could have a function for applying Tags by passing the Tag Id.

    So it might look like the following:

  16. I suggest to create a mobile app that will allow to check people in at events.
    Currently you have to log in to your account, or give access to your employees, to check people in.

    • The mobile app will save time and is safer.
    • Your employees will not need to log in.
    • Less chance of changing other features by mistake
    • Can be used on iPad or iPhone

  17. Right now all users have full access to the account. So if you want other employees to check people in, you have to give them full access - not a great idea.

    • I suggest to create a user level that only has access to Check-in feature or alternatively allow to customize the user permissions.

  18. MyFusionHelper, BoxOutMarketing, iTracker360 all have this implemented.

    Eventually, if we run traffic to a landing page with utm parameters, we should save those parameters when leads optin.

    Ofcoures it will be awesome if we can track organic search as well.

  20. We need to pass a date parameter to our Opt-in page, and it needs to have the format: yyyy-mm-dd.

    Right now there appears to be no way to take a date from a custom field and add it as a parameter in an email link (in this format). I had hoped to use the Humanize Dates, but this format is not an option. Is there any way that can be added to your system?
