  1. I have a lead collection set up with SMS Sequence. I want a delay between when the response is received until the user get the next message in the sequence. It is currently instant, which makes it look like a bot. Not a personal interaction.

  2. I came across a scenario where I need to run the smart links on these conditions:

    1. The month is july to august only
    2. ANY YEAR (this way I don't have to update all the time)

    I think adding an "Any year/specific month" condition will be very useful. If I have a seasonal product, I can simply setup the smart link or Timeframe to those specific months and not have to worry about updating the triggers all the time

    a use case scenario example:

    1. I have a product that goes live at march to may only (any year)

    2. person A purchase…

  3. Somebody forgets their badge, go to the IPAD type in your name and hit checkin. 'Simple Mode' in theory allows this, but it does still show VIEW BADGE, REMOVE etc. Customer View would just be a search bar and CHECKIN button and no access to backend. This would move also offer an 'in the gym' checkin option as well for those using it in this manner.

  5. I would love it if there was a feature that enabled promocodes to work or not work dependant on a tag being present. This would open up so many possibilities for limited time offers and action based marketing.

  6. much like calendly or appointment core, it'd be nice to have a one stop solution instead of needing multiple integrations. Basically some way to make daily times available and a user could schedule that time slot.

  7. It would be great to pass the referral partner info to the contact record when someone buys something from the 1 Click Upsell feature. Currently, you have to go in and add the referral partner to the order in the contact's record manually and that's a drag.

  9. I want my telemarketing team to be able to see the date the prospect last had an updated flame, so they can sort by this field. They use opportunities. But, in the opportunity section, contact custom fields are not visible. So, I need to set a value for an opportunity custom field

  10. I could be great if we could translate month names in any language we want.

    Im from Brazil Its strange to send the name of the month in english for my leads...

    Im using day/month/year format at the moment but it would be better to have name of the month in portuguese or any languague we want to :)

  11. It will also be cool to customize the date for any way we want..
    For example.

    " The offer will expire on %dayLimit of the month %monthLimit of the year %yearLimit "

    Its just an simple example, but it is much more "humanized" :)

    I know we can do that creating one date calculator for the Day, another for Month and another for Year and stores its values to an individual custom fields...

    But would be nice to have a simple way to do that :)

  13. •I have clients email me tasks – (and sometimes leave voice mail or text) I use google mail This happens many times a day
    •Today I have to cut and paste that request into the clients InfusionSoft record as a task – so we have a record of it and fulfill the request
    •Can it be set up that inbound emails (if the email sender is in my infusionsoft) will open a task in the InfusionSoft record and post a task with the subject line to my task list, so it shows up in my daily tasks list.

  16. Currently, the split test email has settings that are geared toward tracking conversions and converting to a winner. The segment list scheduling feature doesn't have any settings to ignore contacts that have already been segmented or to only push through new contacts that have gotten a tag into the segmenter.

    Changing either feature or making a new one that allows for you to segment an existing list and then have a way to automatically send new people through the process to get segmented would be helpful.

I have some existing smart links that I want to upgrade to take advantage of the new functionality smart links now have. but i have to recreate my old smart links from scratch to do that. can you please add the ability for me to simply convert my old smart links to the new smart links type so i can add the new features to them without having to rebuild them from scratch?

  18. Create a tool that will automate resending emails to people that didn't open the initial email? Changing the subject line while doing this could be the most impacting aspect regarding open rates.

    In campaigns resending emails to the 'unopened' people has been very successful for us but manually doing it can be tedious.

  19. In timeframe triggers you currently can’t base it off of a date field. If this functionality was added my client could apply a tag if someone buys paid membership on the same day they attend free guest pass or a different tag if they buy after the day of their free guest pass.

  20. There are some situations where you may want to send someone to a specific url and or trigger certain automation based on whether or not a given field is blank or if not blank

    Or if multiple fields are or are not blank.

    This functionality doesn’t yet exist in smart links but it would be cool if it did.
