  2. Keap & Twilio SMS - Filter by All Tags

    When sending an SMS through the Twilio and Keap integration, we need the option to filter out contacts by multiple layered tags instead of just any of the tags that are selected.

    Example: If I select an "SMS Opt-In" tag and a "Mobile" tag, it would broadcast the SMS to only my customers who have opted in to receive SMS communication and also only those with Mobil phone numbers.

    Currently, the tool will send an SMS to all of my customers with any of the selected tags, meaning customers with Mobile numbers will receive SMS even when they have not…

  4. Add a Macro recording type of tool.

    I've been using it a lot recently since we have to go into many client Apps to do the same kinds of updates when we can't just push a new Campaign. Saves hours of work each time an update is needed. I use Macro Recorder: https://www.macrorecorder.com/

  6. Integrate you system with https://www.codereadr.com/

    Nothing on the market curently that could create codes and QR Codes and insert it to automated email campaigns for example birthdays. You guys would be first. Additionaly that other service also provides a mobile app which verifies these codes.

  7. For DocuSign Connections with multiple signers, allow the option to apply a tag when ALL signers have completed signing.

    Currently the "signed" tagging happens as soon as the Primary Signer has signed the envelope, even if other signers have not. There's not currently a way to tag when ALL signers have signed, marking the envelope as fully complete. This means there is no way to trigger automation based on the envelope being truly finished.

  8. App Routing for Links Clicked on Mobile Devices

    I would love to see a feature in PlusThis (or perhaps add additional functionality to the existing smart links feature) that performs app routing when someone clicks a link on a mobile device based on whether they have a certain app installed on their mobile device or not.

  10. Send on the X of the hour.

    Allow contacts to get tagged on the :X of every hour.
    So for example everyone that reaches a sequence will be tagged on the :15 of every hour.

    Not looking for a 15 minute timer, just anyone that is in the sequence will be tagged on the 15 regardless of when they entered the sequence.

  11. # of emails sent in a day

    Count number of emails sent to contact in a single day. It can be setup like the “Last sent an email” in the Email Engagement Triggers .
    Looking to run it and have it tell me how many emails went to the contact on the given day. Sometimes contacts get in to 2 campaigns or sequences by accident and they start receiving 2 emails a day, instaed of 1 day.
    I’d like it to trigger a tag if a contact starts receiving more than one email per day.

    Hi guys,

    getting back the questions/commets an attende posted would be gold in multiple ways (and is a feature of myfusionhelper already, so probably easy to implement):

    • You can do really specific follow up, getting all questions to a sales rep who can reach out with all questions in mind

    • We could count the number of characters and automagically filter out highly active people to get the on the fast track

    • Placeholder for your own awesome ideas

  13. Contact Locator based on phone # area code

    I need a way to record the contact's possible Country and State of residence based on their phone number area code. This would be helpful because I need a Keap Campaign (Decision Diamond) to select different round-robins based on the State/Province of the new lead.

    Example:
    If phone area code = Toronto Canada, THEN trigger Round-Robin A.
    If phone area code = Texas USA, THEN trigger Round-Robin B.

    This would be helpful for Facebook Leads because we can't collect their IP Address (the current Contact Locator wouldn't work for this situation).

    It would be wonderful if we could create automation on contacts based on the activity of their linked contacts. Even better if we could customize that automation based on the relationship label we give on the link. We currently have to do this manually and often gets missed.

    We recently migrated from Keap Max Classic to GoHighLevel (also known as Highlevel) because it eliminates the need for many third-party apps. But we'll be missing out on some features offered by PlusThis. It'd be great if you guys could create some tools for Highlevel such as:

  17. Set a referral partner on a contact in Keap

    There should be a tool that sets a known referral partner on a contact from the campaign builder. There are some referral partners that send leads via an API that we contact and we want those contacts to be associated with that partner. Even better if it also dupe checked against contacts already in Keap so if that lead already exists no partner is added.

    One Click Upsells - currently when product added to Keap the "Order Title" field is listed as "Upsell Offer". It would be nice to have it be the product name, or even provide a separate field in the PlusThis tool where we can specify the title.

    Similar to how the GoToWebinar connection works, there would be a tool dashboard where we can view the survey responses from Zoom and tag in Keap accordingly for follow up calls. Ideally, this would be available for both the group meeting connection and webinar connection

  20. Track clicks & opens separately in Email Engagement Triggers

    I'd like to be able to segment my contacts separately for click and open activity. The way these triggers work now, "engagement" includes clicks OR opens.

    I've been using this feature to help clean disengaged contacts off the list. Since opens are a very messy signal now (due to Apple's privacy protections), I want to use a shorter engagement threshold for people who are only opening and not clicking emails. I want to keep contacts who click on the list longer, however. I can't do this right now with PlusThis, so I have to manually apply and remove tags in…
