  1. It would be useful for those of us who use Time Trade for scheduling appointment if there was a trigger that would tell us if they looked but didn't set or set an appointment. This would help continue follow up emails or stop them.

    Right now, they can be tagged that they clicked on the link, but if they set a schedule, we have to physically remove them from future follow up emails.

  2. Add the option to display the date and time when the timer ends on the page displaying the timer. This way you can display the countdown and the actual date and time on the page.

  3. I would love to see PlusThis for Pipedrive CRM. There are a few things we can do in Zapier, but it requires a LOT of setup, and the triggers are super limited. There are NO automations built in to Pipedrive, so there are lots of potential applications.

    Could be automated followup via SMS, based on activities (left voicemail.

    Cycler functionality- when

    Contact validation

    Format text fields

    Tag contacts based on activities (called, demoed, etc.)

    Since I'm a Drip user, I could see a LOT of potential here. Drip's Pipedrive integration is very one-way, and there are no Pipedrive triggers for…

  5. We would like to use Drip for SMS automation, and if we have SMS opt-ins where they don’t provide an email address, we would like PlusThis to generate a temporary placeholder email address until our progressive profiling efforts succeed in getting a real email address.

  7. Somebody forgets their badge, go to the IPAD type in your name and hit checkin. 'Simple Mode' in theory allows this, but it does still show VIEW BADGE, REMOVE etc. Customer View would just be a search bar and CHECKIN button and no access to backend. This would move also offer an 'in the gym' checkin option as well for those using it in this manner.

  8. It would be awesome if we could integrate Timetrade with a CRM. If someone booked a call plusthis would create or update a contact in IFS. It would also create an appointment in IFS. I believe this integration would increase the value of the sales functions in IFS.

  9. The idea is that a random unique alphanumeric password could be generated by PlusThis.com and written into a custom field using the http post function within a campaign. There are many times when we need issue passwords for many different integrations out of infusionsoft and this should be a really convenient way to generate one quickly, simply and easily.

  11. A few of my features are checking tags on the Infusionsoft record in order to serve the correct scheduling link or resource. The hang time is usually 8-13 seconds of white screen. Can we please have the option to add a message to that white screen :) ... please!

  15. We make a lot of events and the ability to bulk move or delete tools would make cleaning up folders and tools much easier.

    We have hundreds of events to move and or delete, doing so one at a time is very time-consuming.

  16. When a contact is sent to be cancelled from a webinar via an Infusionsoft HTTP post, the contact is only cancelled if the first name, last name, and email address match.

    If a contact updated his name in Infusionsoft, it's not updated automatically in GoToWebinar, and then he doesn't get cancelled.

    Adding this update would allow the cancellation to be done for all contacts.

  17. In ActiveCampaign it is natively possible to automate deal stage moves based on the criteria set, so I was surprised that Keap does not have this function. Then I saw the Opportunity Updated from PlusThis and then had my hopes dashed when I realized it only works with Max Classic nd is not available for Keap Pro or Max. This would be a huge benefit for how many businesses operate

  18. When using the Zoom Webinar Connection tool with Keap Max Classic, please provide a way to get a signal (eg set a tag) when a registrant cancels their registration using the Cancel link in the Zoom invitation? Otherwise, we don't know to stop sending leadup emails.

  19. I would like to be able to do a basic A/B type test. With that in mind, the though I had would be to take the modulo of the contactId and the number of groups I would want. This would give me the ability to use a decision diamond to split the people into different tracks.

    Example:
    field call "Group Number" on a contact

    When that contact goes through a campaign, we can kick the Id through the modulo (Id mod 3). The output would be stored in the "Group Number"

  20. Right now, IS doesn't allow to send specific campaings just to people in a certain demographic area. If we could filter by IP, we could focus marketing efforts on high net worth Zip Code or countries like Monaco...
    It's a very basic feature that you get in Mailchimp and other tools but not in IS.
