Use smartlinks to populate order forms
Based on which item customer checks off in the form, then have that redirect to the order form that has that product loaded.
Description of my use case:
We have 3 sequences set up for if they order product A, B, or A&B bundled for a lower price.
Currently they fill out a form and mark which they want, and smart link takes them to one of three forms, form with product A, form with product B, or form with product C (bundled price because product C is actually buying A&B...)

Time zone field adder on modern forms.
It’s impossible to offer a user the ability to choose the time zone they are in on a form. Could modern forms give ability to add a time zone field so user can select the time zone they want to receive emails and sms’s to be based upon. This is for situations where you register while in one time zone but usually reside in another.

I want to tag someone when they reply to an email, but I do not like putting your email in the send email.
Part of what I want to do it strengthen the spam problem, so the email needs to come from my domain (also so it will get sent as plusthismail.com is not an accepted email to send from for my domain), and then when they reply, I want to forward to your email, and have you tag the original contact. Pass calculated value from tool to another without saving it in Keap (infusionsoft)
We can use Plusthis for date / field calculations but we can not use those calculated results in other tools unless their saved in Contact Record.
In my case I want to update "Estimated Close date" in opportunity record which is a simple "opportunity creation date + X weeks (or days or months)"
I wish Plusthis allowed me to save the result from "Date Calculator tool" in a variable kept within Plusthis which then could be used in the next tool in "Tool Chains"

Setting Automated messages for VRBO guests would be helpful as they don't have their own like Airbnb. Like a day before and after check-in or even welcome messages.

Lookup contact by phone despite formatting
When a keyword is sent to an SMS Sequence, PlusThis does not properly recognize that a profile already exists in Keap unless the phone number is formatted without any spaces.
This should be fixed so that PlusThis can evaluate new requests via a keyword in an SMS Sequence, and upon checking the specified field (in my case Phone 2) be able to find a matching Keap profile /even if it's not formatted in an identical manner/.
My example which failed was the phone number already saved to the profile being formatted like (555) 555-5555 whereas PlusThis is looking for +15555555555,…

Generate Codes for Direct Mail Identification
We get direct mail leads to businesses and all we have is the business name, address, phone and fax.
No email and no personal name.
When sending out a direct mail piece that directs them to a landing page we want some way of matching that company/person to the existing contact in Infusion so it doesnt create a duplicate record.
The only way we can think of doing it now is to generate an individual code that is merged onto the direct mail piece or fax that they need to input into the landing page along with their name etc.…5 votesWe’ll bring this up in our developer review.

One master QR code for check-in
I have a client that does 12+ events a year. We use the fancy QR code feature for the check in. Rather than create and use a QR code for each event, Ive just stuck with one QR code from a previous event for all future events.
The nice thing is we can see all the other events for a contact at check in.
I think that having a "QR code check-in" tool, independent of any event would be beneficial.

Add affiliate support to one-click upsells.
Right now affiliates will not be credited with their commission on one-click upsells (unless i manually add them to every upsell order). So, at the moment there's little to no use in a partner promoting my funnels... A major snag for me as I try to develop more partners!

Upsell to Annual subscription but don't charge monthly subscription
I offer monthly and annual subscriptions. I want to use one-click upsell, to those who choose monthly, the chance to switch to annual. If they take the upsell, is there a way to only have the annual charge processed? I don't want them to get charged for monthly and annual! Let me know if you need clarification.

Set a running total of amount spent on a given product / category of products, store that in a custom field.
Why?
Some use cases:
Once someone has spent at least $100 on dog food, start promotions to upsell more dog products.
At the end of the year, send a report back about how much was donated so person can submit that info to IRS
Once someone has spent $100 on coffee, give them a free gift.
Once someone has spent over $1,000 on service A - create an opportunity and assign the lead so person gets a call / personal upsell.

Ability to randomly select X number of contacts
I would like to be able to randomly select X number of contacts inside of IFS.
Ex. Randomly select X number of contacts who haven't purchased Y product to split test emails.
Right now we don't have the ability to split test our whole list (only 10K), and I would like to randomly select X number of contacts to split test.

Chatfuel Integration
Would love to see a way to integrate ChatFuel (FB Messenger Bot Builder) into Infusionsoft Campaigns and Sequences.
AI-queries in Chatfuel are 'keyword' 'tag' or 'attribute' based which could/seem to play nicely with IS tagging system or API. Also, have clients who do a lot of upselling in messenger, would be great to be able to track purchase conversions, leads, subscribe's, etc.
Not even Zappier has a solution/integration for this at this moment.
